Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the client accounts and will be responsible for strong client relationship
  • The candidate shall be responsible for increasing the volume of the accounts
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing all legal and financials for his account
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional team communications
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internally Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client
  • Estimating and negotiating estimates with the client

Skills and Qualifications

  • Account Management / Client Management experience
  • Experience in the mobile & Web development company is highly desirable
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and key account management.
  • CTC:Upto 14 LPA

Educational Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech/ MBA
